Tompkins Wake is pleased to announce the appointment of Shelley Slade-Gully who joins the firm as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice.

"We are delighted to have Shelley join us at Tompkins Wake bringing her commercial and intellectual property experience to complement our strong corporate and commercial team " said Chief Executive Jon Calder "Shelley also brings expertise in education, official information, privacy and charities law in addition to her commercial skills to further strengthen Tompkins Wake's service offering to our clients."

Shelley's practice encompasses a broad range of Intellectual Property law including trade mark law, brand protection, licensing, transfer of intellectual property, brand strategy, copyright and infringement issues. Shelley also has significant experience advising public sector organisations has had regular dealings with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and Office of Ombudsman.

Shelley is a member of the Institute of Directors, a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand. Shelley currently sits on the Proprietors Board of Waikato Diocesan School for Girls and is also a member of the Sonning and Waikato Diocesan Old Girls’ Association Incorporated.
