Alaina is a senior lawyer specialising in projects and commercial contracts. Alaina has particular experience working on complex IT and outsourcing contracts and seeks to combine this expertise with a strong understanding of client requirements to provide timely and strategic advice.
Alaina has more than 10 years of experience in commercial and legal roles. She commenced work with Bell Gully in 2003 and has worked at international law firms, including 'Magic Circle' firm Clifford Chance and Herbert Smith Freehils in London and King & Wood Mallesons in Melbourne. Alaina also worked at a large electricity and gas distribution company in Melbourne where she was involved in a significant project to restructure commercial arrangements (including leading a complex IT procurement project) and advised on new strategic projects.
